All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bb11 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your bb11 account. bb11 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and the source of your funds before processing any withdrawal. All bets placed on the bb11 platform are binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. bb11 is not liable for any error you make when placing a bet.

For sports betting, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not start, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the bb11 Betting Rules for that sport or market.

For casino games including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows, all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions captured on video stream. bb11 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
